Grade B levels = Driver Grade Pretty Good (B++), Driver Grade Good Shape (B+), Average Condition (B), Fair/Poor but Usable Condition (B-, C+, C). All “B” & “C” Grades will have more visible damage than any “A” Grade. Ratings are based on the physical condition of the metal and the overall perceptive appearance, not paint (if applicable). This auction item is highlighted in BLUE on this scale. COMPATABILITY: 1967-1978 (Fits all 1967-78 Eldorado FWD rims ONLY). ITEM DETAILS: This auction is for FOUR wheel covers. The 4 are rated at “A/A-“, which is considered “Near Excellent Condition”! Ready to install. PHYSICAL CONDITION: Upper “A” Grade wheel covers will not have any major physical damage. “A/A-” level basically won’t have more than 1-2 tiny imperfections, like a stone ding/dimple or small scratching. Typically they are lower mileage wheel covers with minimal use characteristics. They will all have light “wear & tear” — But looking at them on a car you generally can’t see those things. Simply put, the set is the among the nicest used wheel covers that I can offer. It’s pretty much hard to find 50+ year old wheel covers in this quality level, as most of them have dents or curb rash lines, etc. This eye-catching set is destined to be on a really prime vintage Eldorado~! This listing is for a set of 4 (I can sell you a 5th one as well, to place on your spare tire. Eldorados love to toss wheel covers!). The stainless steel is very shiny and will make your wheels stand out brilliantly. These wheel covers scream of 1970’s Eldorado SWAG & CLASS~! Set your expectations to “realistic”, as these wheel covers are all over a half-century in age. High resolution close up photos are provided. No filters needed, lol. The wheel covers were test mounted on an Eldorado rim and fit perfectly. Mounting tabs are also neutral adjusted as well. All of my wheel covers have been professionally cleaned to remove tar, oils, road grime, brake dust, etc. A dirty and stinky wheel cover set will NOT be coming your way! ** The 1967-78 Eldorado wheel covers are unique in the car world…..they are designed to fit over the wheel rim that has a huge offset due to the front wheel drive design. Therefore NO other front or rear wheel drive hubcaps will ever work on the Eldo…just the original factory ones.** See my other auctions for more individual 1967-78 Eldorado wheel covers. NOTE: This is an old-school wheel cover set! You may have to bend some of the retaining tabs to get a wheel cover to fit perfect on your steel wheels….especially if you have wheel balancing weights.
