[About Shipping] 1) All orders ship out from Korea to each country in the following week of its purchase, not in the same week. And we do dispatch our orders twice a week. 2)The standard delivery will usually take:-US : 1~3 weeks -Canada : 1~6 weeks-Europe : 1~4 weeks -South America : 4~8 Weeks-Asia : 2~6 weeks 3)Since the pandemic, many countries have switched to contactless delivery services, which means that packages can be left in mailboxes or held at the post office without prior notice. It can have small spots or scratches from its production process. We confirmed this issue through the manufacturer.
