Sections of the legs are made of lightweight and yet strong 7075 aluminum alloy tubing of 3/8inch diameter that finished in attractive and practical custom camouflage print. Foldable legs are bungee-corded and extend to fully assembly instantly when swung open. Soft cushioned joints between leg sections quiet and lessen the noise when the legs come to assembly. Rubber top tips form a V yoke to cradle the gun without scratching and allow quick and easy panning move. At the end of each leg, there is a checkered carbide tip that gives solid grip on ground surface. With max. height of about 32″ (rest point to ground), the tripod improves greatly shooting accuracy from sitting or kneeling positions, especially for making long shots. When not in use, the tripod breaks into corded sections and folds easily down to 15″ and is tied up with a bungee cord. Overall length: 40″ extended; 15″ folded. Tube size: 3/8inch Weight: 10.2oz.
