Here are some magnetic linear encoder kits. We have magnetic linear encoder scale tape and compatible 5 micron read heads. The heads provide industry standard RS-422 incremental outputs with index for 99% of the DRO’s on the market (also compatible with TTL DRO’s. The complete kits include mounting extrusion, stainless steel faced magnetic encoder tape, mounting feet, and an MCR500AS read head with 3 meter metal jacketed communication cable. The mounting extrusions are one piece up to 5 meters in length (please note, these will need to be cut into smaller sections to ship small package, contact us if this is not an option). The extrusion also has the option for a second stainless steel protective strip in front of the read tape.
