The silky lustre, high tensile strength and exceptional colour fastness of this top quality thread give a consistent appearance which will not fade to all embroidery, and make it ideal for stitching on today’s sophisticated computerised machines. Top quality machine embroidery thread on 200 m spools available in an exceptionally vast variety of colours. Ideally suitable for quilting, decorative stitching and embellishment on all fabrics from the finest silk to the toughest leather and denim. Rayon is the perfect thread professionals choose for their home sewing and embroidery machine for its natural high sheen. For best results we recommend the use of the MADEIRA universal embroidery needle #80/12 and the fine MADEIRA underthread Bobbinfil No.70. Why Viscose threads? Although Polyester threads are generally lower priced, the majority of professional embroiderers choose threads from viscose. Only viscose adds incomparable natural sheen to embroidery designs and is soft to the touch. Viscose consists of cellulose extracted from vegetable fibres.
