It was properly removed by a BioMed Technologist from a building that was a medical facility turned into offices. It is now in storage awaiting sale. This will be a multiple piece shipment if shipped freight and will take a couple days to fully crate. Shipping cost on this particular item is rather high due to the crating that will need to occur.
