Perform a sample test prior to applying the product fully on your or clients hair in order to discern undesired effects and compatibility issues. 1. Shampoo once with clarifying shampoo (or a simple a shampoo that doesn’t have conditioners or softening oils if you cant get clarifying shampoo). Rinse and towel dry well no need to blow dry. 2. Wear gloves and apply Preparation For Keratin Treatment (this step should not be shorten or substituted ) Leave on for 15 minutes, you may feel tingling on your scalp it should go away. Rinse and towel dry well, there is no need to blow dry. 3. Comb and separate hair into 3 sections Left, Right and Back. 4. Wear gloves and start applying the treatment product, about 1(one) centimeter from the root and all the way down, then use a fine comb spreading the product evenly to the tips or your hair verify that the hair is evenly saturated. Avoid from applying on the skin/scalp. Make sure that the solution is evenly distributed throughout the hair before proceeding to the next step. Leave solution on the hair for 30 min (don’t rinse it and continue with the next step) 5. While the product is on the hair, Use hot Blow dryer and start drying the hair while using a round brush, drying and straightening thoroughly at the same time. 6. Now that the hair is kind of straight start ironing the hair using small strands (important to do small strands and not large groups). The temperature should be about 420F to 450F, if the hair is fragile thin and brittle use lower temperature range at 380F-410F. This is a very important step; use small strands, take your time, use 7 to 12 passes per strand, do not rush 7. The hair should come out soft and silky there is no need to wash and try not to wash your hair for 24 hours to 72 hours.4. Last Step: What’s next, What to do, What to expect? Now that you washed and treated the hair, the hair should be straight and possibly feel dry or a little oily depending on your hair condition and treatment type used. Avoid strong clips and pony tails bands until you have washed your hair again. Anyone who desires to stay with treatment for 3 days may do so, there is no harm, then wash the hair with Sulfate free shampoo and conditioner. TIP: It is recommended to use a light flat iron touch (360F) over your hair (once a day) in the first few days as the hair is “getting used to” being straight and getting ready for the change.
